The record-breaking event was organized by the Gujarat State Yoga Board in coordination with local yoga organizations, schools, and civic bodies. Held at Sabarmati Maidan in Vadnagar, the event brought together people from all walks of life — including schoolchildren, college students, professionals, and senior citizens — all unified through yoga.

A representative from Guinness World Records was present to officially verify the event. After thorough monitoring and posture checks, the record was confirmed: 2,121 people successfully held the Cobra Pose for the required duration, meeting the global standard for synchronized yoga performance.
